SHIPPING RATES & METHODS
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
We may use various carriers, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight carriers depending on the order size.
DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
Customers are encouraged to ship to secure locations or request signature confirmation if needed.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
Any damaged, defective, or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims must include:

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
PARTIAL SHIPMENTS
Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability.
You will be notified if your order is split into multiple shipments.
FREIGHT & LARGE ORDERS
Large or bulk orders may be shipped via freight carriers.
Customer is responsible for:

Failure to note damage at delivery may void eligibility for claims.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
Orders that are refused or deemed undeliverable will be subject to:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (IF APPLICABLE)
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
