Refund & Return Policy


Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.

All returns are subject to approval at our sole discretion.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Items must be returned in full case quantities (no partial returns)

  • Items must be in resalable condition


Return Authorization (RMA Required)

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by us prior to sending items back.

Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender.

Restocking Fees & Return Shipping

  • All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Food-contact items once opened (for health & safety reasons)

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care or sanitary items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable goods


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Any damages, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include photos and order details when contacting us.

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If approved, we will provide instructions for replacement.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Orders that are refused or undeliverable will be subject to:

  • Return shipping charges

  • Restocking fees

These costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.


Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for items over $75.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


Agreement to Policy

By placing an order with Paper Supplies Plus, you agree to this Refund & Return Policy.

Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may be disputed in accordance with this policy.
